Crystal Reports Support by Ken Hamady
When you get stuck and need an answer in a hurry, why not call an expert?  Few people know Crystal Reports better than I do and I can save you hours of hunting and struggling.   I have years of experience using all versions of CR so I can:

In addition to being a consultant, I am also an instructor.  That means that I will see that you understand both the problem and the solution.    When you purchase 2 hours of support, you get a choice of either my Intro course manual or my Advanced course manual (each with exercises).
 
Support can be provided by phone with or without a remote session (where I see your desktop).    If you already have a tool for remote sessions (Webex, Go To Meeting, etc)  we can use that. If not we can use my GoToMeeting account.

 The charge for support is $35 for each 15 minutes ($150 per hour).  There is a minimum of 30 minutes billed for your first call.  Give me a call if you have questions at (540) 338-0194 .

I am authorized by <company> to engage you for up to  <number> hours at $150 per hour starting on <date>.
The time will be spent at the discretion of  <list of people authorized to call Ken>.
We understand that you will Emal us invoices for time used at the middle and/or end of each month.
<company> agrees to pay all invoice(s) within 30 days.
