Ken, are
you or your associate instructors certified by
Business Objects?
I have never bothered with certification, but I have 2 associate
instructors who have recent certifications from Business
Objects. Both were active trainers for BO
Corporate so
they have the same qualifications as any instructor offered to you by
BO or one of their partners. You can request one of
these
instructors specifically if this is part of your
training requirements. Just note that being
certified
doesn't necessarily mean that the instructor knows more or teaches
better. All of my associates are experienced and highly rated
instructors. I look primarily for teaching experience and
positive student feedback.
So,
Ken, what credentials can you demonstrate?
1)
Knowledge:
Very few Crystal instructors have the knowledge to design and write
their own course material, including advanced material. I
have
also written 10 e-books that I sell
on my web site. In addition, thousands of users read my
Blog and newsletter.
2) Experience:
I have personally taught my class in 33 states and have 2,500 satisfied students. In 1997 I partnered with Comp USA
and for 2 years I
taught virtually all of their Crystal Reports classes,
nationwide.
I have as many positive references as I have customers.
3) Proven Ability:
I am
one of the all-time top-ranked Crystal Reports experts out of
the 50,000+
Crystal users
at Tek-Tips.com - the most
active Crystal
Reports forum
anywhere.
